Rates:

• Individual Therapy sessions: 50 minutes

• Conjoint and or Family sessions: 60 minutes

Payment:

• You may pay for services using cash, check or credit card

• Sliding scale is available and flexible payment can be discussed based on your specific circumstances

• Unless prior arrangements have been made, payment is expected at time of visit

 

Insurance:

I am an in network provider for Blue Shield of California. For all other insurance plans I am an out of network provider and I am more than happy to provide you a billing statement for you to submit at the end of each month to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. If you plan to seek a third party reimbursement or use your Blue Shield insurance please contact your insurance provider prior to our first visit to find out about your coverage.
